Hardship. Turmoil. Challenges. And life altering moments. These people have people have transmuted those moments into triumph. So can you. We are here to meet them and get their raw un-adultered wisdom to propel us forward.

Ron is a distinctive figure in leadership and personal development. Born in Israel, raised in the U.S., and now back in Israel, he combines a passion for business leadership with a strong musical background.
At 20, Ron was severely wounded as a tank commander in the Second Lebanon War. Tested by fire, he turned adversity into fuel, guided by a higher power that has propelled him ever since. After rehab, business studies, and a stint on Israeli “American Idol,” he led a U.S. nonprofit for wounded soldiers, raising $42M in two years.
Over the past decade, he’s served as a senior coach in top global development firms, founded the Israeli branch of Kamin and Associates, and now leads his own strategic consultancy, helping individuals and organizations create breakthrough performance from the inside out.
“I don’t care about happiness I care about using my life to impact life itself. And for that, one must be in service of a higher power.”
